Founded by two sisters with a shared passion for excellence, we combine over 30 years of collective experience in dentistry, healthcare management, operations, training, risk management and business strategy.

Our founders bring together complementary expertise shaped by decades of experience and a shared vision for helping practices thrive. With over 20 years in the dental industry, one sister has worked across every layer of a successful practice from chairside assisting and oral health to back office operations and practice management. Her breadth of knowledge allows her to understand the interconnected systems that drive practice success. She is known for training managers and teams, enhancing customer service and communication, streamlining the patient journey, optimising appointments, boosting revenue and building systems that support both growth and compliance, all with a hands-on, empathetic and solutions-focused approach.
The other sister comes from a background in large-scale corporate environments, bringing expertise in operations, process design, training, risk management and project delivery. She excels at identifying root causes and implementing change that lasts. With a passion for elevating customer experiences and empowering teams, she combines strategic vision with practical execution to turn complexity into clarity and help businesses achieve sustainable growth.
They credit much of their drive to their late father, who always reminded them, “It’s only hard, if you make it hard.” Just like him, they are deeply compassionate about helping people and committed to working hard to make a difference. Together, they balance creativity and structure—one the ideas person, the other the operations and risk expert. It’s a partnership that works hand in hand, much like they did growing up as sisters (only now with fewer arguments over who got the last piece of cake).

We offer service packages, ideal for start-up practices or those seeking additional support. Our team can work alongside you onsite, within your daily operations, to identify opportunities for improvement, provide hands-on training for dental assistants in infection control and complex treatments such as surgical procedures and enhance overall team understanding. We also conduct audits to ensure compliance, efficiency and best-practice performance.

We offer up to 10 consulting hours per month, along with ongoing email support. We provide this level of support because we understand that questions often arise outside of scheduled sessions and you may encounter challenges or dilemmas that require timely guidance. Our goal is to ensure you always have expert advice and practical solutions at hand, giving you confidence that we are here to support you every step of the way.
